Guest guest
I messed up when ordering HCG from ADC recently. I ordered it at 10,000 IU in a vial. This is going to make way to much to use in a month if I am dosing at 500 IU's a week. Any suggestions? I understand it won't keep much beyond a month. Incidentally, I found bacteriostatic water in a 30 ml vial at local medical suppy house. It was really inexpensive at $1.05. I forgot to ask to buy an empty vial for mixing. Hopefully, they have these. Interestingly enough, I checked with my pharmacy for the bacteriostatic water and they neither carried it nor could they order it. They actually told me to go to the medical supply house for it. I plan to buy the syringes from the pharmacy. I don't think there will be any problem with that. Guest guest
I am surprised they sold the bacteriostatic water to you. I was told I couldn't buy it without a prescription. Had to order some from some online. Brett Over Ordered on HCG > > I messed up when ordering HCG from ADC recently. I ordered it at 10,000 > IU in a vial. Guest guest
My HCG only comes in 10,000 IU's and I only do 250 IU's every 3 days. So I pitch it I use Novarel my cost is $16 a box with my drug plain. I get my needles at Amazon.com http://www.amazon.com/BD-Tuberculin-Syringe-27G-100/dp/B002C30F6C/ref=sr_1_fkmr1\ _3?ie=UTF8 & qid=1283875008 & sr=1-3-fkmr1 Co-Moderator Phil > From: Primemuscle <Primemuscle@...> > Subject: Over Ordered on HCG > > Date: Tuesday, September 7, 2010, 4:48 AM > > I messed up when ordering HCG from ADC recently. Guest guest
Thanks for the reply and the link Phil. I ordered from ADC because I do not have a prescription from my doctor for HCG. I will bring the topic up with him at my next visit. However, ADC does carry it in 5,000 IU vials as well as 1,500 IU's. On the next order I'll get it in a lesser quantity and get more vials. Since they charge $25. for shipping regardless of the size of the order, it pays to order as much a possible at one time. My pharmacy charges about .25 to .30 per syringe for the larger syringes. What if any difference did you notice once you started on HCG? If there was a change, how soon after starting HCG did you notice it? Any downsides? Guest guest
Going on HCG helped me figure out why I have low T for 23 yrs Dr.'s a lot of them told me I am Primary meaning my Testis don't make T. Going on 500IU's 3x's a week after the 15th shot we did my labs and my TT levels doubled going from 600 to 1200 but the lab at that time there top of range was about 1593. My testis were the size of small grapes from not working on TRT TRT will shut down your testis. In about 6 months they came back up to there normal size. Today I only do 250 IU's every 3 days it's not good to take more then your testis can handle. Here is a cut and paste of a post Dr. sent me to get my Dr. to let me try HCG. I feel every man on TRT needs to add HCG because being on TRT your brain stops sending the LH and FSH messages to your Testis, body and brain so all them LH cells are not working. =================================================== He probably feels that since you suffer primary hypogonadism (I am guessing) there is no use in adding HCG to your protocol. There are several reasons why this is not so. First, you have not lost all Leydig cells, so any HCG you take will stimulate those who still function to produce endogenous testosterone. This will support testicular size. We should not ignore this aesthetic consideration. Next, if he reads my work, he will learn that HPTA-suppressed (as all TRT patients are to some extent) also suffer decreased pregenenolone levels, which is the first step after CHOL in all three hormonal pathways which begin with CHOL. HCG increases pregnenolone production, and therefore restores a more natural balance of our hormones. Next, nearly all TRT patients who add in HCG to their regimens report an increased sense of well-being and also libido. These are genuine quality of life issues. Finally, I just instinctively do not want all those LH receptors (including those we have yet to discover and appreciate) unstimulated.
