Guest guest
http://www.muscle-health-fitness.com/increase-testosterone-level-naturally.html Since we have been on vitamin D kick we also need to revisit what we may be depleting and how it could be affect our hormone status. Since adding checking retinol serum in the blood, people on high dosages of vitamin D are showing a signficant decrease in retinal serum. Now we are starting to check this with all patients with low testosterone as it may be a hidden factor that has been over looked,

Guest guest
I take 3000 iu D3 daily, and no Vitamin A. Will I be fine? I still look for an answer to my B and Folate intake - Is it ok to hav a high B6 status and a high Folate status? I take 2 x B-Complex daily with a total of 110 mg B6 and 800 mcg Folate in them total. Can I then add a multi with 200 mcg Folate extra? > From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> > Subject: Vitamin D needs to be balanced with vitamin A > > Date: Thursday, February 3, 2011, 8:36 PM > http://www.muscle-health-fitness.com/increase-testosterone-level-naturally.html > > Since we have been on vitamin D kick we also need to > revisit what we may be depleting and how it could be affect > our hormone status. > > Since adding checking retinol serum in the blood, people on > high dosages of vitamin D are showing a signficant decrease > in retinal serum. Guest guest
Top of the range of what, mister birthdaykid? I was thinking of overdose B6 symptoms: http://www.acu-cell.com/bx2.html .... Palpitations and such! Don't wanna go there! I am 50% above the top range of B6. And somewhere up in the sky with Folate. My test just shows > with Folate. Like I am above what's needed. They don't say what the top range is. I am asking cause I wanna take a multi with B6 and Folate in it! Not for those, but for other things such as Copper and Iodine. > > > > > From: hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...> > > > Subject: Vitamin D needs to be balanced > with vitamin A > > > > > > Date: Thursday, February 3, 2011, 8:36 PM > > > http://www.muscle-health-fitness.com/increase-testosterone-level-naturally.html > > > > > > Since we have been on vitamin D kick we also need to > > > revisit what we may be depleting and how it could be > affect > > > our hormone status. > > > > > > Since adding checking retinol serum in the blood, > people on > > > high dosages of vitamin D are showing a signficant > decrease > > > in retinal serum. Guest guest
I believe already answered your question, . He said: /message/67355 " You are not converting its a no brainer. b-6 also rises in dysbiosis. " A serum B6 test can include all B6 forms, including inactive pyridoxine often put into supplements. B6 toxicity may not be so much too much active B6 (P5P), but too much INACTIVE pyridoxine that's not converting well and blocking the P5P you already have in your body. This may explain why it's said overt B6 deficiency and pyridoxine supplement overdose have similar symptoms. Notice the nerve symptoms are not said to occur with lots of P5P according to acu cell. Pyridoxine gives me shakes, shivers, tingles at just about 100-200 mg. I also get acutely depressed, loose motivation and I'll get diarrhoea, which are all low B6 symptoms. I can tell my dopamine falls as I get extremely obsessed about things from the lack of being able to feel rewarded in my brain for doing anything; I become apathetic. P5P is completely different and I just get sleepy or dopey on too much and maybe my magnesium level climbs, but I'm not too sure on that. I obviously fail to convert pyridoxine and stay away from it other than a little in my multi and I take separate P5P. Your high folate level may be from the same thing. If they're just testing folic acid, well, that's inactive and it does nothing till it converts. Some say low B12 may cause HIGH folic acid levels due to conversion failing where folate requires B12 to keep converting through its cycle. -Nigel On 4 February 2011 13:22, <gibcast@...> wrote: > > > I also have high homocysteine. Guest guest
Thanks for bringing this up. I get a boost in testosterone production from vitamin A. Make sure it's actual vitamin A and NOT beta carotene you're taking as beta carotene is a very poor source of vitamin A. It's not really converted as well as " they " would like you to think it is. It's too bad you experienced problems relying too much on beta carotene as you said the other week, . I love plain cod liver oil from the bottle. TwinLab. : ) Works better for me than a sweet potato. -Nigel On 3 February 2011 19:36, hardasnails1973 <hardasnails1973@...>wrote: > > > > http://www.muscle-health-fitness.com/increase-testosterone-level-naturally.html > > Since we have been on vitamin D kick we also need to revisit what we may be > depleting and how it could be affect our hormone status. > > Since adding checking retinol serum in the blood, people on high dosages of > vitamin D are showing a signficant decrease in retinal serum. Guest guest
Apparently excess vitamin K doesn't result in overcoagulation. Here's something on that: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.naturalm\ edicinejournal.com%2Fpdf%2FVitaminK.NMJNutraceuticalFINALwithtables.pdf " A common misconception is that excessive vitamin K will result in overcoagulation. However, the vitamin K-dependent proteins have a limited number of Glu residues capable of y-carboxylation per molecule, beyond which there can be no further y-carboxylation or excessive coagulation. " If you want to read a lot of complied research on the ADEK vitamins, then look here: http://forums.realthyroidhelp.com/viewtopic.php?f=15 & t=15100 Contained there is also some research suggesting that the bad effects from consuming vitamin A may be from a vitamin D deficiency. I take Carlson MK4 (menatetrenone) and have done so for over a year and really like it. It eliminated all the issues I used to have with calcium that only got worse from vitamin D. No, my parathyroids were not hyper; I was vitamin K deficient. -Nigel On 5 February 2011 06:37, <gibcast@...> wrote: > > > I have Jarrow mk-7 lying here but havent decided wether I should tale it or > not.
