Hi,

I was recommended to this forum by a user on the PSSD forum (Post SSRI sexual

dysfunction).

I recently got my testosterone checked and it came back 338 for my total (I did

not get my free checked). My doctor said that was normal but on further

investigation I found that 338 for someone 26 years old is very low.

I have had the symptoms of ED, reduced memory, difficulty concentrating, lack of

motivation, loss of libido.

Anyhow, I am considering TRT but I am a bit scared. I started taking a daily

Zinc supplement hoping to boost it naturally. I just don't want to be on TRT

the rest of my life because I took a stupid antidepressant three years after a

messy breakup. I have been off of it for a year and a half but still have ED,

loss of libido, reduced concentration etc. Apparently SSRI's can reduce

testosterone as shown in a few studies.

Anyhow, do any of you know of any other natural ways to get your testosterone

production back to normal? Do they actually work?

Does TRT work well for you? Are there side effects? Is it a pain to take it

all the time?

Did TRT reverse the symptoms of ED, loss of libido, poor memory and

concentration, etc?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
