In this month's " Alternatives " health newsletter, Dr. says,

" researchers have found that eating sugar cuts a man's level of circulating

testosterone significantly. "

He further states, " each man in the study was given a sugary solution to drink

and then had their T levels checked. Blood levels of T dropped by as much as 25

percent and remained low even after 2 hours. And 15 % of the 66 men in the study

with normal T levels prior to the test experienced T drops so low that they

would be classified as having hypogonadism. "

ends the article with, " by doing nothing else but eliminating sugar

from your diet, you can significantly reduce your risk of developing heart

disease, diabetes, cancer, hormonal problems, obesity and practically every

major disease of our time. "

I find this amazing and scary at the same time. How many of us are hypogonadal

simply because we have a sweet tooth????
