Guest guest
I tried doing this and adding the T kept me up. Your sweats are due to your Estradiol levels going up and this go the highest at night. When I am to high I have Panic Attacks. One other thing that can be doing this is your Cortisol levels are low and this can make your sugary drop at night try eating some String Cheese or nuts before going to bed. When sugar levels fall you wake up in a sweat and feel bad. If this helps test your cortisol levels read this link in it is a 4x's in a day Saliva test you can buy and do your self. A lot of men with low T have this problem do to all the stress they have feeling so bad. Here is a cut and paste about this from this link. http://livingnetwork.co.za/hormones/adrenal-fatigue/ ========================================================================= Adrenal insufficiency is linked to insomnia in two ways. 1.If your cortisol drops too low during the night your blood sugar drops too. Your body compensate by releasing adrenaline as an emergency measure to mobilize more sugar. This has the effect of waking you in an instant. This can be reduced by eating high protein snack before retiring e.g. sardines, nuts of high quality protein shake. 2.In early stages of adrenal fatigue cortisol levels tend to rise and if they are high at midnight they can energise you and keep you awake. Phosphorylated serine can be used to lower cortisol at these times due to its ACTH dampening effect. I'm curious about this. I can't find anything online about high E2 in men causing night sweats. I do find references that LOW E2 in women causes night sweats.
