As you get your levels up your body will start to undo damage done from having low T but you need good levels. Most men do good between 650 to the upper 800's then it's a slow process of your body healing going back to being healthy this is a slow process you feel a little better everyday. One thing you can try is drink more water if your dehydrated your body will hold water.
