Dave try stopping all table salt and adding some good Sea Salt 1/2 tsp to a

glass of water the first thing in the morning if this helps you, doing the drug

Florinef I am on this .1 mgs in the morning with 1/2 tsp of Sea Salt 3x's /day.

You will not need this med.

In this link you will find some good info about this and how this happens. My

levels are so low my body dumps my sodium so much it holds water to try to keep

my sodium levels up. I don't feel much better just adding Sea Salt so I am on

Florinef this helps I would say 50% better.
