Guest guest
My doctor screwed up when he wrote my instructions about when to take certain pills. I was perusing the Posts In This Group and somewhere I got on the trail of cortisol. When that happened I was informed that it (cortisol) was to be taken before bedtime and not during the day. I have been taking 4 pills a day for the last two weeks without any adverse effects because (taking them later in the day) but this morning for the first time I took 2 pills Very Early, right after waking up. It was then that I turned to the instructions on the bottles to see if I could find any more information. The instructions said take cortisol at night and pituitary support during they day. I found out out that the doctor's instructions were exactly backward. I then went for an hour walk and by the time I returned home I was very tired and blurry/light headed. I've only been a member of this group for 2 days and it has already increased the quality of my life. Thanks!
