Even though your testicles are small they still may be fertile. In order to test this you may want to get a sperm sample test done at a clinic to verify. When time comes to concieve on can be on TRT and try clomid to increase fertilty. We have men that have concieved in a week when placed on clomid. Another opton may be hcg which can be used to help testicles to increase volume. With HCG you are also at the mercry of e2 fluctation which may occur with some people. My suggested is confirm if you are and then take next steps. Another alternative is HMG which will help with FSH and LH. HMG is new and dosages range around 75ius ED oe EOD. Hope this helps. Do remember it does take 2 to tango so your Significant other may want to be checked for progesterone levels which can prevent one from concieving. optimal levels are >9 during luteul phase in women to concieve. > > I've been on T replacement therapy for about a year. > For the last 3 months, shots at 100mg / week in divided doses. > > I am finally noticing that my testicles are shrinking. I don't mind shots, but I wonder if they were EVER necessary. My low T may have been caused by low thyroid and/or adrenals. >
