Phil,

I started using this about two weeks ago. It is hard to tell if I like it

or not yet. I was using T3 before I switched over, so I am also going

through some adjustments from that. But so far it hasn't been that bad.

I especially like the fact taht I can dissolve it under my tongue.

Have you, or anyone else, tried it yet?

No I want to try it you need to go up slow and give it 8 weeks every time you go

up to let your body adjust to the new dose.

Mike, like Phil said, give it some time to build. I have taken the Acella

product since early JAN and am taking a lower dose of it, than I was of the ERFA

product. It has no cellulose fillers so many of us with digestion issues are

having better luck with it --EL
