Jon,

Your Secondary meaning your Pituitary is not telling your Testis to make

Testosterone by not sending enough LH and FSH to your testis.

Your lucky you don't have a tumor I have this same problem from a head injury.

Your Dr. an Endo is not doing your TRT the right way you need to do shots every

week not every 2 weeks this is old. Read page 19 of this link it's the AACE

Guildelines it states to do shots every 7 to 10 days that is is old.

Your on a rollar coaster ride up after the big shot only to fall to low by the

next one.

Good Dr.'s in the know do shots every weeks or 2x's a weeks and add in HCG this

acts like the LH and keeps your testis working.

I don't like Endo's for TRT they are just not good Dr.'s for this problem.

Go to www.allthingsmale.com and read TRT: A Recipe for Success and the HCG

Update. Dr. puts this out there free for you and your Dr.

For complete androgen replacement, the regimen

should be between 50 and 100 mg of testosterone enanthate

or cypionate administered intramuscularly every 7 to

10 days, which will achieve relatively normal levels of

testosterone throughout the time interval between injections

(50). Longer time intervals are more convenient but

are associated with greater fluctuations in testosterone levels.

Higher doses of testosterone produce longer-term

effects but also higher peak levels and wider swings

between peak and nadir circulating testosterone levels; the

result is fluctuating symptoms in many patients (51).

Thanks so much for this. I just saw this. For some reason the email went to my

spam folder so did not see it a first.

Will read your link. And will be pushing doc to send me to every week. I know

this and read this a lot, but I think my endo is not current and I will have to

push this issue. Amazingly, I am finding many endo don't know T well. I

thought endo's are experts per hormones???

all I can say is good luck with seeing any Endo my Dr. told me other Dr.'s

feel they know about hormones because they are called Endo's but they get no

more treaing in Hormones then any other Dr. most of what they do is treat

Diabetes.

Learn to do your own shots read this link and the info page.

http://spotinjections.com/index3.htm

I do my shots every 3 days using a small 27g 1ml. x 1/2 " lg needle and shoot

into my thigh.

I read Dr. Shippen he did the book " The Testosterone Syndrome " he gives his self

shots every 3 days says this keeps him more leveled and hold down the Estradiol

levels by not doing such a big shot each time.
