I have used Clomid for yrs it raises T and sperm but also can increase SGBG and lower IGF-1. Hopefully the trans-isomer form has less side effects than Clomid like neg. mood in some patients. I think it has a good shot at FDA approval if it gets money to do trials FDA needs. Best wishes for all seeking good male health, K.
