How ofter to take hCG without taking test

How often should this be taken if you are not on TRT. I think Phil has said 100

IU's a day. But how many days can you cycle it? Also, I am sure it increase's

estrogen as well, so should AI dosage be increased as well. Would taking DIM

every day suffice? I have to wait a month to see an Endo.
