Guest guest
Today I have my first 200mg test injection. I think I found some arimidex/liquidex, hopefully it will come in the mail in the next few days. I am trying to keep a video blog of the TRT therapy and its progress, although right now I have very little energy to motivate me to do it. Probably why I have not seen many. I wanted to blog a little in my post about where I am as far as my gym numbers to have a record to compare later. Age:35 Weight:400 Deadlift:650 Squat:540 Rack jerk:301 clean and jerk:298 Snatch: 240lbs blood pressure this morning: 167/100(I am waiting until next week to start the next medication, currently off all of them) Fasting blood glucose: 132 A1C: 6.1(This means I am edging into the diabetic ranges) Current symptoms of low testosterone: Lack of libido, its just gone. ED is better since I went off the high blood pressure meds, but its still an issue. NIght sweats, some hot flashes. low grade depression, foggy head at work. I feel like a complete putz in social situations. Belly fat, have a hard time gaining muscle on my biceps. For my frame and musculature its not the best look. Very few friends and no motivation to keep the ones I have. Loss of body hair, Shave every three days now, and my handlebar mustache is getting thinner and not getting any longer. My testosterone goals: get into the upper 1/2 range, 600 or above reduce my estrogen to 20-25 Get my blood sugar into healthy ranges eliminate the ED completely. get my blood pressure under control without any other meds. What has caused my low testosterone? Its a combination of factors, metabolic syndrome, multiple food allergies(wheat, lactose, soy, chocolate, garlic) Sleep apnea(been well treated since 2005) What has really kicked in the sudden loss of testosterone is the high blood pressure meds, specifically the hydrocorothiazide and Atenol. My trainer is aware of all of this, was suprised that my testosterone was low. I also have a strongman competition in april, so it should be interesting to see how just 12 weeks changes how I compete. I am not entering any " testing " sports because I feel that is ethicaly irresponsible.

Guest guest
Bill try to go easy your T levels are low this means your joints and muscles are not being supported from T so go slow. As your levels of T go up your sugar levels will get better. I just got home for the gym had a dam good workout and now have a good pump still. It's been some time sense I got a good pump from a workout. I am 65 but still strong as a bill and smell like one. In my case the feel this is happening do to the Growth Hormone I am on.
