major fatigue after eating and relatively minor work

Hey all,

I am on TRT now for a few months (T-Cyp injections). Some things have certainly

improved. However, one thing that hasn't is that I get real fatigued after

eating dinner. It's like " I just gotta lay down " .

Do any of you have any ideas?

Also, sometimes, this scenario happens (as it did yesterday); after just an hour

of fairly easy yard work (mowing mostly), or just 30 min. on the treadmill (just

a brisk walk) I have to lay down for an hour or two; I'm just exhausted as well

- utterly wiped out.

Adrenal fatigue is what I may have based on my doc's initial exam. Is this a

symptom of AF? Or is it something else that maybe you guys have experienced?
