Guest guest
wood the last couple of mornings. Then this morning, I got emotional reading about Captain Phil of Deadliest catch fame. Maybe my E2 is too high? I have not got gauging E2 down to a science yet.
Guest guest
It takes time keep a log on what your taking and how your doing day to day so you can tell if your doing this right. Some of use men find they need to do more to keep Estradiol levels down and then after a time they end up to low it's fine if you keep an eye on it and stop what your taking when you go to low. Levels will come back up very fast then go back on it doing less. I do .25 mgs everyday Estradiol for me is a big problem I am older and over weight. Yet there are times I feel emotional or get sore and hard nipples or soft wood when this happens I take an extra .25mgs that day this fixes the problem. Sometimes for a week other times just a few days. Estradiol in some of us men moves up and down fast never stays the same from week to week.
