Androgel and Shrinking of Gonads

I've been on Androgel for 10 months, and my T-Levels are normal. My libido is

good, yet I feel as though I lost " the mojo " im my testies. An ultrasound of the

region showed no shrinkage, yet something is just not right. Visually I think

they have shrunk, and I don't feel the sensation I used to feel. I am 41 years

old.

Also, I seem to be only turned on to younger women and certain exotic fantasies

to be aroused. I only want to be friends with girls within my age range, there

is no sexual attraction. Whereas the younger girls, in their late 20's and

early 30's, I am turned on. Is this the result of testosterone treatment?

I don't want my balls to shrink to be the size of grapes. Should I gradually

come off the Androgel and seek another or no alternative. Perhaps there is some

natural remedy?
