Guest guest
Why do I need Growth Hormone ( " Omnitrope " by Sandoz in Switzerland) - Look at my NEWEST IGF1 and IGF-BP3 labs and explain this to me. Btw, I've analyzes these three times this year. All the results are found below: GROWTH HORMONE SAMPLE number 3 out of 3:28th of July 2010: (latest result!)IGF-1: 63.1 (11.0 - 40.0 nmol/l)IGF-BP3: 122 (49 - 176 nmol/l) Why is my IGF-1 above top range? I remember in February 2010, it was even higher than that, almost twice as high as the top range! Look at the first time I analyzed my IGF1 and IGF-1BP3! GROWTH HORMONE SAMPLE number 1 out of 3:30th of February 2010:IGF-1: 786 (140 - 442 ng/mL)IGF1/IGF-BP3: 2.36 (0 - 4.5 mol/mol) PS! What's that ratio thing Hertoghe tested? Is this something you're all familiar with? He didn't test IGF-BP3 alone. Just the ratio between the two! Maybe that's even better than testing IGF-BP3 alone? So, Hertoghe didn't believe that could be the correct result the FIRST TIME I tested my growth hormones, so he told me to analyze it again, and I did. And here's what I got back then, at the same Norwegian laboratory: GROWTH HORMONE SAMPLE number 2 out of 3:8th of April 2010:IGF-1 48.0 (11,0 - 40,0 nmol/l) IGF-BP3 116 (49 - 176 nmol/l) First of all, why does the IGF-1 vary so much, and why am I above top range all the time? And if I am above top range, why do I need to SUPPLEMENT with IGF-1 (the pen with growth hormone injections) !??!?!?!?! I just don't get it! I still haven't started injections! I want to learn about this before I do this to my body! I understand growth hormone increases when you exercise. Maybe I had sex the night before my test with Hertoghe, and maybe that's why my result got so high that time? Do I need to do the IGF1/IGF-BP3 blood draws fasting? Can that affect the results too?
