I received GH, pen and needles the other day. It's in My fridge now. How do I

keep the temp stable in the fridge?

And do I need a glucose-tester (like diabetics have) to test My blood sugar so

it wont get too low while taking GH?i hest GH lowers bloodsugar.

you need to just keep it cool in the fridge and when you mix it mix it

the day before you use it so you know it's mixed will. If you find your sugar

falls at night or by morning try eating some nuts or cheese when you go to bed

this can happen when you first start on it then you level back off. If it's

real bad talk to your Dr. about doing the shot in the morning until your body

adjusts to it. Here is a link to the kind of GH I was on it's full of good

info.

I started on .3 mgs or .9 IU's a day using a 6mgs pen. I had bad sides holding

to much water hands and feet were losing feelings had to stop for time then go

back on it at half that dose still had bad sides and can't take it.
