Guest guest
Hi is it safe to inject testosterone, is there any way to make testoseterone by eating herbs etc. Â pls inorm From: james <jimevans_2000@...> Subject: Testosterone and penis health? Date: Tuesday, November 2, 2010, 2:06 PM Â I've been injecting T for many years now, but due to financial stress have been unable to for the past 6-8 weeks. I'm also actively pursuing a penis health program which included jelqing every day. Up until I ran out of T, I could do 50-100 jelqs with no problems. However, since I've been off T, if I do even 20, I get bruising on the shaft and glans. Is it possible/likely that the lack of T is responsible for this? From the posts I've read, there's a lot of natural skepticism here about penis health/penis size exercises. However, I can assure you that they do indeed work. I've gained about an inch in length and about 1/4 " in girth since starting the program of jelqing and wearing an " all day stretcher. " I'm trying to avoid any girth gains, as I'm already statistically far girthier than most guys. And up until I ran out of T, my erection quality was top notch. I attribute all my size gains and some of my erection quality to the exercises. But back to my question - how is penis health related to testosterone levels? Guest guest
I would say that unless you know what you are doing, it's only safe to inject testosterone under a doctor's care. You need to know your starting levels and your target levels, and you can only know that through laboratory testing. You will also need something to help prevent your body from converting the Test to estrogen - either a prescription drug like Arimidex, or a natural substance like DIM. You will also probably want something to prevent your testicles from shrinking while using Test - it's a natural result when your body says, " Hey, we've got plenty of Test, we don't need these balls much any more! " - so many guys take HCG to prevent the testicular atrophy. > > > From: james <jimevans_2000@...> > Subject: Testosterone and penis health? > > Date: Tuesday, November 2, 2010, 2:06 PM > > > Â > > > > I've been injecting T for many years now, but due to financial stress have been unable to for the past 6-8 weeks. Guest guest
Yes it's safe to do Testosterone shots man have been on them for many yrs. Yes there are ways to keep ones Testosterone levels up if there is nothing wrong making them low. Stop all the stress in your life stop smoking and drinking eat good lose weight and get exercise. Stop drinking water from plastic bottles and cooking your food with it. Eat range fed meat don't put SOY in your diet this all will help keep you Estradiol levels down. Higher levels of Estadiol will lower your Testosterone levels. Guest guest
I'm on Androgel. T runs near 600.  Have atrophy of the testes. E now running 30. Never been tested for status of HGH. Should I ask for a IGF-1 test to asess HGB.   At what level should I consider taking HGB and are the docs receptive to such request?  What is the downside of taking HGB? Thanks, From: james <jimevans_2000@...> Subject: Re: Testosterone and penis health? Guest guest
I went on HGH first time for 6 months it helps a lot but the sides go so dam bad I had to stop. My Dr. felt the dose was to high so in 6 weeks I started it again at half the dose. Still in time the sides were to much. I will hold water so bad it got into the joints in my little fingers and I could not bend them when I did I needed to pull them back up. I lost the feeling in my hands and feet. I have been off HGH now 3 months and find my IGF-1 levels went back up higher then they ever were. I feel starting on Natural Pregnenolone Cream by Life-Flo 15 mgs /day I feel this has helped me a lot with my hormones. I cortisol meds work better I don't eat up my Testosterone meds so fast. If you look in the files section and open the file called " Steroid Tree " you can see how Pregnenolone works it's at the top of the tree and converts down into other hormones your body needs. It is said before you try HGH make sure all your hormones are leveled because if one is low it will rob from Growth Hormones to fix the low ones. My Drug Care Plain paid for my Growth Hormone if not I could not afford to pay for it it costs a lot of money. Guest guest
Jim. I know that as I aged and my T levels went down, that I definitely had more thinning of my skin all over my body. I believe that there is a link between good T levels and thicker skin in a man. T is prescribed for heart function in men who have experienced a heart attack. I have no medical links but I would think you can google this. I do know that I bruise more easily now that I am over sixty than I did as a young man. Hope this helps. Guest guest
So does anyone have any input regarding whether having low T could result in bruising when doing penis exercises? Does T affect skin thickness or cell membrane stabilization or anything? Thanks!
Guest guest
I don't do them exercise's but yes low T has an effect on your pelvic muscles. Guest guest
I am confused. How does all of this mix in with the penis? I did not read how T is effecting the penis. Guest guest
I am sorry your title said one thing and your thread talked about testing IGF-1 and doing HGH or Growth Hormones. If you are taking about having ED problems on Androgel this happens when your Estradiol levels get to high. Get a Quest labs test #4021 if you don't get night time and morning wood. Other that that I am not sure what your asking. Guest guest
I have heard that regular erections improve penis health. T affects that aspect. Guest guest
Yes this is true but the kind of erections that inprove penis helth happen at night with rem sleep not from a sex feeling. http://www.sexdictionary.info/erection_nocturnal.html For some older men taking Cialis 20 mgs every 3 days or 5 mgs everyday helps with this. =================================================== Every guy has three to six erections a night, each lasting anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. These involuntary nocturnal erections appear during REM (Rapid Eye Movement) sleep, the stage in which dreaming occurs. But they have nothing to do with the dream content. A nocturnal hard on doesn’t imply that you are sexually excited. Nightly erections are like a ‘battery-recharging’ mechanism for the penis. The pelvic blood flow ensures the penis gets all the oxygen it needs. Women also experience episodes of nocturnal arousal during REM sleep. Approximately four or five times a night they experience labial, vaginal and clitoral engorgement. Normally guys don’t notice these nocturnal erections. Only when a wet dream wakes them up or they wake up in the morning with a hard on.
