Hey, cannot open my HCG and Bacwater for mixing

Hello to all, I hope everyone is happy and healthy this evening and thereafter.

I am about to finally mix my HCG and Bac water when I noticed both vials have

the sliver top with needle injection middle.... I tried manually taking it off

to mix both and it's not moving.

I thought I ordered the HCG that can be mixed! Can someone explain to me how I

should take off these tops and mix my water with HCG?
