3 months on TRT. My #'s, body composition

I thought some of you might be interested in this. I am a 36 year old, athletic

male that started TRT 3 months ago. My doc has a machine that does body

composition analysis's and it's always very interesting. I know these machines

aren't perfect but this seems to be VERY consistent with what I'm looking at in

the mirror. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/MMA on a regular basis and the past

couple of weeks I have been doing Crossfit 2-3 times a week. My diet is pretty

damn clean overall with some cheating/cheat days. I'm going to see if I can

format this where it's easy to read. I'm pretty decent with workouts and

nutrition so if I can answer any questions I'll be more than happy to. I've said

this before....TRT may suck but there is also a blessing side of it as well. If

you are willing to put the work in it can make it easy (with hard work) to make

some serious body transformations.
