The way I do this is I up the does of Arimidex in your case I would try .25mgs

every other day. When my E2 levels are to high I can get it up for sex but it

takes some time. And then it's not a good and hard one. I don't have night

time and morning wood this is the gage I go by the wood you get from Rem Sleep.

If your not getting this do more Arimidex. I then stay on the higher dose until

my night time and morning wood stops this tells me I went to low. So I stop the

Arimidex until the wood comes back then that day I go back on it but do less.

So if you went to low on .25 mgs every other day I would go back on it every 3

days. I would keep doing this until I found the best dose that keeps me having

night time and morning wood. When you go to low it's like you shut off a switch

it kills your wood you can't get it up even taking a pill.

So between labs and wood I do good.
