Guest guest
I tried to post this last night but it never showed up on the list. In any case, I went to my endo yesterday and got a lot of surprises. After missing just one shot, my T levels fell through the floor. My doctor was stunned at the results. I am also taking arimidex which had raised my T by over 200 points to 900 for total. Here are the results of the key tests: T Total 217 (250-1100) LOW T Free 52.6 (46-224) LOW NORMAL T BIOAV 101.3 (110-575) LOW SHBG 13 (9-45) THIS HASN " T CHANGE EVER! Albumin 4.2 (3.6-5.1) Normal IGF-1 244 (86-220) HIGH Cortisol Urine 59.5 (4.0-50) HIGH Creatinine Urine 4.01g (0.63-2.50) HIGH My hematocrit was also high, although barely. My doctor is at a loss at this point and want me to get another doctor to look at my case because she does not understand why I am still feeling fatigued. I don't even feel the T shots anymore. It's like getting injected with water. THe week I missed the shot felt the same as when I did have the shot. I am on 150mg a week! I am going to look for another doctor who has more experience in TRT and pituitary issues (I have an adenoma). She sent me today for a glucose tolerance test and a GH suppression test. The MRI also showed I had a tiny stroke, which I was not aware of. Any insight would be appreciated. She wants to retest T levels in 2 weeks once I've been getting the shots again (got one last week, will get one tomorrow).
