Guest guest Posted June 19, 2010 Report Share Posted June 19, 2010 I am considering trying some right now, using Phil's 'wood-o-meter' as a gauge until I can finally get my stinking blood tests done,......oops, guess I better not as I won't have the baselines I have been waiting so long for. Anyway I will still ask the question. Isn't DIM basically an extract from cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli, and if so could you not get the same effects by just eating a lot of the real stuff? I happen to like both, so it would be no big deal to eat more for me. Seems the Vitamin Shoppe carries it, and I have one close to me.
