I have am starting to wonder whether it was my free testosterone and/or other hormones that was low because since I started on L-arginine supplements which is supposed to increase production of these hormone:1. My mood is better 2. I dont feel fatigued. 3. My depression has lifted somewhat. 4. I feel energetic and like I am mostly happy all the time.5. I feel like I have more physical energy. I have tried going to the doctor to discuss with them these ideas but they suggested that it was due to my illness, mainly depression. I had been depressed for close to 4 to 5 years. Since starting the supplement I feel like the depression has lifted. Where can I go to find a support group in my area for these problems to deal with some of the emotional issues. I still live with my parents and they dont know about these issues.I live in th Los Angeles metro area.
