Tired of feeling hopeless.......

Hi Everyone.

Well, I started TRT in October 09. I'm 26, and I had great natural levels of T,

and was in the prime of my life. I intended on cycling the test. cream I was

prescribed and using Nolvadex to recover, but I ended up messing up my entire

body. I know I made a mistake, and must suffer the consequences, which I am.

I just don't have anyone to talk to about my problems and for a long time, I

just feel hopeless. The quality of my life has changed terribly and this is

affecting me in every way possible social, school, work, etc.

Here is my story starting in 2009:

August 19th-Sept8th, 1 Gram, Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%, 100mg daily.

Sept8-Sept 21, Nolvadex-D, 20mg daily (lost weight, a lil hair, and libido is

gone).

October 2-8, 1g Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%/100mg, daily.

October 6, Nolvadex-D 20mg, qty: 1

October 8-10, 2g Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%/100mg, daily.

Dec 15, 2009: .25g Testosterone Liposomal Cream, 10%/100mg.

NATURAL BASELINES:

Test, Total: 04/01/09 = 1068, 07/10/09 = 792. (Range: 250-1100)

Test, Free %: 04/01/09 = 2.09, 07/10/09 = 1.89 (Range: 1.5-2.2)

Free Test: 04/01/09 = 223.2, 07/10/09 = 149.7 (Range: 35.0-155.0)

TSH w/ reflex FT4: 04/01/09 = 2.82 (Range: 0.4-4.50)

Total PSA: 04/01/09 = 0.3 (Range: < or =4.0)

LH: 04/01/09 = 3.7 (Range: 1.5-9.3)

IGF-1: 04/01/09 = 238 (Range: 126-382)

DHEA Sulfate: 04/01/09 413 (Range: 110-510)

AFTER TRT & NOLVADEX:

Test, Total: 09/25/09 = 989, 10/14/09 = 1106 (Range: 250-1100)

Test, Free %: 09/25/09 = 2.08, 10/14/09 = 2.01 (Range: 1.5-2.2)

Free Test: 09/25/09 = 205.7, 10/14/09 = 222.3 (Range: 35.0-155.0)

TSH w/ reflex FT4: 04/01/09 = 2.82 (Range: 0.4-4.50)

Total PSA: 10/14/09 = 0.3 (Range: < or =4.0)

LH: 10/14/09 = 10.9 (Range: 1.5-9.3)

IGF-1: 10/14/09 = 235 (Range: 126-382)

DHEA Sulfate: 10/14/09 = 255 (Range: 110-510)

FSH: 10/14/09 = 3.2 (Range: 1.6-8.0)

Estradiol (I don't have a natural baseline):

Estradiol Free: Sept 25 = 0.83, October 14 = 0.89

Estradiol, Free %: Sept 25=2.52, October 14 = 2.33

Estradiol, PG/ML: Sept 25=33, October 14 = 38

I started feeling better by the end of November. I never did feel 100% but E.D.

was going away.

So I decided to visit and Endocrine Doctor and get some more lab work done.

Here are the test results:

11/25/09

Free Test: 24.1, Range: 9.2-26.5

Test. Serum: 770, Range: 280-800

DHEA Sulfate: 150 LOW, Range: 280-640

LH: 4.6, Range: 1.7-8.6

FSH: 2.5, Range: 1.5-12.4

Prolactin: 12.8, Range: 4.0-15.2

Estradiol: 29.1 Range: 7.6-42.6

I believe I was on the road to full recovery, then I used the test cream for one

day and stopped.

Since then, I've had some atrophy, E.D., depression, bags under my eyes, no

energy, and no motivation. I have never been through this type of depression, I

feel like my life is hopeless.

I am awaiting some more blood work results...but I don't know what to do

anymore.
