Guest guest
I will soon post my review of my third appointment with Dr. Hertoghe 1 month ago. He said 5000 iu D3 was fine cause my levels were low. Now I take 3000 iu. I was also put on 100.000 iu Vitamin A! He says 400-800 mg Magnesium is good. I take 400 mg now. I will get back to this and post a complete list of the supplements I take. What he especially thinks about vitamin D3? What is optimal level for him? I read his book, and he only recommends 800 UI per day, but maybe he have change his thoughts. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/10/10/Vitamin-D-Experts-\ Reveal-the-Truth.aspx I watched this again, and if someone take Vitamin A, it should be less then 6000 UI otherwise it conflicts with D3. Guest guest
I am not taking it yet, due to stomach issues - I need to find out what's wrong with my stomach before I add the planned new things to my regime. I do have a low level of Vit A. Guest guest
5000 IU's of Vitamin D in the D3 form is totally fine. I use the Xymogen brand, but I get them for a wholesale price through my Chiropractor that is a personal friend of mine. 20 minutes of sun exposure will produce the equivalent of 10,000 IU's or more and that doesn't seem to hurt anyone. > > Hello, > > I would like to hear what kind of vitamins and how much this group members taking. > > could you share how much vitamin A, D3, C Hertoghe recommends? > What he especially thinks about vitamin D3?
