Guest guest
I've been having a few bad days / week lately. These have been days of extreme fatigue. I started Isocort a few months ago and I thought that it put this problem to rest, but it's back again. So I noticed that on a bad day, If I can muster up the energy to have sex, I feel totally great afterward. (yes, this should be a no-brainer!) But seriously, the fatigue and brain fog are totally gone, and I feel as if I just woke from 9 hours of sleep. So it has me thinking: what hormones (maybe cortisol) does your body recharge after sexual orgasm?
