I'm off Arimidex basically because I raised grape seed extract dose higher.

I also take DIM. However, that stuff doesn't work right for me as the my

only anti-estrogen supplement, so I can rely less on the DIM with more grape

seed.

working for you?

Thanks.

Even as low as 120 mg (95% OPC) had noticeable effect when I was still on

anastrozole. I doubled it as I wanted to get more effect and get off

anastrozole and even rely less on DIM, which worked. My dosing hasn't been

so consistent the last couple days and I didn't even take DIM as I wanted to

see what more grape seed alone did. So I'm not sure what my optimal dose is.

Maybe that helps enough if you wanted to try grape seed extract.

A fellow member on the thyroid board always raves about it and she says

she's taken it for about 15 years and had various great effects from it.

It's a great supplement for various reasons.
