> Good grief, is there anything that candida does not cause? My

mulit vitamin do not have retinol in it. Is there one that does?

Could candida be the cause of my (very) low testosterone?

+++Hi. What is your name please? Unfortunately candida wrecks total

havoc on the entire body, causing numerous diseases, symptoms,

illnesses, etc. The damage is caused by candida toxins, which are

designed by nature to break down the body after it dies (horrible

thought, I know, but true). Candida isn't supposed to start

overgrowing before then, but due to toxins, bad foods, lack of

nutrients, etc. it starts too soon. See these articles:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_1.php

Yes, your low testosterone can be caused by candida, because candida

toxins (over 79 different kinds) make all of the cell membranes

rigid/stiff. This means the organs and functions that produce

hormones don't work like they should, and hormones that are produced

are not as able to get into rigid cell membranes. To understand more

see " Candida Causes Cell Membranes Defects " ;

My recent hormone tests showed that I had very low testosterone level

too.

+++Hi Josh. Many nutrients work together, so since you have candida

you should follow the diet, and take all of the supplements

recommended. Hopefully you've read " How to Successfully Overcome

Candida " which explains about vitamin A, which taken in either Cod

Liver Oil, which contains omega 3 and vitamins A & D (taken in the

Winter when you do not get enough vitamin D from sun exposure), and

in the Summer get a separate supplement from fish " liver " oils like

halibut, shark or cod, along with fish oil (which contains omega 3).

Here's information on Cod Liver Oil, which describes omega 3, and

vitamins A & D, with the amounts to take, depending upon the product

you get: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/cod2.php

Here's a handy supplement chart, and a list with the doses:

http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/menu2_4_3.php

Your eyes might take awhile to clear up, since it takes 1 month of

natural healing for every year you've had it (or any symptom for that

matter). If you've had eyes problems for awhile your body will

also " retrace " those symptoms, which is according to Hering's Law of

Cure - search my website for information.

My mulit vitamin do not have retinol in it. Is there one that does?

+++ Buy the Vitamin A separately as Shark or halibut liver oil. Read the info

on

supplements in the files about why we need to get a few individual supplements

rather than

relying on a all-in-one formula with extra stuff and fillers.

Thanks, I did read a lot so far. I did see that the retinol itself came from

those fish oils.

You mentioned that candida makes the cells rigid. Is that why as of lately one

little

scratch of a fingernail on my chest makes an almost instant red line?

+++Hi Josh. Retinol (vitamin A) is from fish " liver " oils, not fish

oil, which is a different thing. Retinol is also in many foods, but

mostly in red meat liver.

> You mentioned that candida makes the cells rigid. Is that why as

of lately one little scratch of a fingernail on my chest makes an

almost instant red line?

+++That red line is caused by toxins in your skin, and not

necessarily because of rigid cell membranes. The best way for the

body to get rid of toxins is through the skin since it protects vital

inner organs.

Many disturbances to skin that is loaded with toxins can cause red

lines, rashes, even hives to come out. When I had candida and a

dog's tail slapped against me, I got an instant angry red rash that

itched like crazy (in the same pattern as the dog's tail). If I

itched it, it would oozed.

phone to test and treat you this way he will learn about this on your dime you

both win.

www.allthingsmale.come

When you go to this site read TRT a Recipe for Success in this are labs you need

I would not do anything Pain Meds can suppress your HPTA

" hypothalmic-pituitary-testicular axis " or your Pituitary from telling your

Testis to make more Testosteron. I would wait 3 months as long as your getting

some wood back and feeling better in time your body should come back. In 3

months retest.

I guess i will wait for 3 months. However i have a couple of questions if you

dont mind answering.

I started work out in the gym and i take protein supplement (whey protien) is it

ok? i heard protein stops testosterone growth.

can i masturbate? is there a side effect of masturbating.

Any diet plan that will give an extra help to get back on track

Many thanks

For now forget about supplement like Protein and go slow in the gym don't over

do it just try to get some exercise your Testosterone levels are very low and

not supporting your muscles so the Idea " No Pain No Gain " is bull go slow and

don't over do it and say away from eating or drinking a lot of SOY.

Several questions come up - Your rib and back injuries can be from low

bone density - one of the most serious symptoms of long term low

testosterone. You should likely be tested for bone density.

At your age your serum T levels should be more around 24. You have a

third of what you should.

What meds did you take?

You need a full workup.

Read this for what that means:

http://www.aace.com/pub/pdf/guidelines/hypogonadism.pdf

You should share this document with your GP. And have him add a

sensitive E2 test to the testing he does. (E2 ramifications have

become better know since the publication of the document above.)

Get your results and check in with us.

It's hard to say when men are Secondary the Pituitary can work better making

hormones to high then not work so good and you end up with lower levels this can

happen in the early stages of the problem. Later as you age it goes down hill.

I am aging. I'll be 32 in a few weeks. I feel like I am 132.

I just Wonder how everything works. Do you Think optimal thyroid would give me

higher testosterone levels naturally, if I quit the gel and increased Thyroid

meds?

It's hard to say when men are Secondary the Pituitary can work better making

hormones to high then not work so good and you end up with lower levels this can

happen in the early stages of the problem. Later as you age it goes down hill.

Hi All,

I am 20 years old and already have had quite the difficulty with hormone levels.

Background: Growing up everything seemed normal except for my prevalent

gynecomastia. The doctor over and over again reassured me that it would go away,

and I believed him. I first noticed large growths under my nipples when I was

13.

But everything else seemed fined in my memory until the fall of 2006 it was

discovered that I had a growth on my thyroid. The doctor immediately had the

growth as well as half my thyroid removed. Gynecomastia was still there but the

doctor still remained confident it would go away. I was 16 years old.

I went for about a year without any treatment and that year really wasn't any

fun. I didn't sleep and was very irritable. The doctor prescribed sleeping pills

and such but they only worked off and on. Finally he checked my thyroid hormone

levels and they were really low, so I took synthroid for about a year and a

half. After that time, they seemed too high to him so I stopped taking the

thyroid pills and my thyroid levels seemed to return to a place he was

comfortable with, and today, I do not take any thyroid medication.

However, it was very obvious to me that something else was wrong. All my friends

were growing and I was not, I could not sleep, still had gynecomastia, etc.

Finally my doctor thought to check my testosterone and it was just over 100. He

got me started on Androgel at that point, which has been about two years ago.

This helped my sleep somewhat but still I have never slept very well and feel

pretty sluggish 5-6 days a week. Usually for some reason I have one good day a

week but that doesn't outweigh the other bad ones in the long run.

Since then I realized I was never going to have the gynecomastia go away so I

had that surgery done last August. Right now, as I said above, am on Androgel. I

apply 3.75g per day. I have been reading everything I can find online about good

T levels and have been disappointed with my levels, but the doctor says they are

ok. From what I have learned, it is good to have levels above 500 ng/dL and

probably should have over 600 since I am so young. I know for sure that I have

never had T levels this high. I have been slightly worried with complaining to

my doctor because I do feel somewhat better than before I was on Androgel and am

thankful that we seem to be getting better, but still am not satisfied. I feel

depressed and unmotivated many days and cannot sleep more than 5 hours in a

night. I had blood tests done twice in the last two months and they came back

very similar. The most recent tests said:

Total T: 273 ng/dL

Free T: 10.1

Any thoughts? Just trying to see if anyone has some ideas with where to go, what

to do. Should I see an endocrinologist for better treatment and a fuller test

scheme or should I just talk to my doctor again? If so, should I ask for

injections rather than Androgel? What are your experiences? From what I've read

online, it seems that in the long run, weekly or biweekly injections are the way

to go and do better overall to stabilize T levels. I have read that injections

may make me infertile, but right now, with this quality of life, I don't really

think I care. I can worry about that later. What do you think is my best bet to

get my Testosterone levels up to 600-700?

Thanks for the fast feedback! I live in Waterloo Iowa. Do you know a good doctor

around here? Otherwise I will happily send an email to the man you reccomended.

It may cost some money and I am young but at this point I have so much left of

life that I want to get it straightened out! I am looking forward to things

changing!

Hi ,

If you are unable to find a doctor in Iowa, consider a drive to MN. My

doctor is great and he follows many of the same ideas as posted here by

others. From Waterloo, IA, it appears as if it would be about a 200 mile

drive for you. This doctor does accept most insurance.

Dr. Lyle Lundblad, DO and Urologist

6600 France Ave S #660

Edina, MN 55435

(952) 922-2000

I, too, had gynecomastia develop at about age 13 and had surgery for it at

age 21. I am 35 now.

I have been going to this doctor for about 1.5 years. I was extremely lucky

to find this doctor after visiting four other so-called " specialists " in

hormones who ended up knowing less than I know. I have now referred my

mother, my father, my sister, my uncle, my girlfriend, my girlfriend's

mother, and maybe four other people to this doctor.
