Guest guest
I just received my transdermal DHEA cream? Where is the best spot to rub it in? Belly? Upper Arms? And what positive effects can it have for me? My DHEA level is a dismal 4.7 out of a 1500 range. I have been on 60mg of test cyp and 250IU Hcg twice a week for the last 3 weeks. My nipples get tender and cause some slight discomfort every so often. Not unbearable. Is this normal or something I should be concerned about? Thanks
Guest guest
Put the DHEA cream on the sides of your belly one day then on the other side the next day then on the inside of your thighs then go back to your belly. Your nipples are acting up because your Estraidol levels are going up you need to test this and keep it down to about 20 pg/ml. Your TRT is not going to work very good if your let your Estradiol levels go to high. I never felt anything getting my DHEA levels up then when I figured out why they were low they came up to the top of the range and I never felt it. But when my levels did come up taking DHEA drove up my Estradiol levels you need to keep track of this DHEA can convert into Estraidol. Do a Quest labs Sensitive Estradiol test #4021 the range is 13 to 54 pg/ml I like this test best. Guest guest
Thanks for the speedy reply Phil. I read that transdermal DHEA tends to not make Estradiol levels go up as much as pill form so I'll keep my fingers crossed. I am supposed to do new labs in 3 more weeks. I know it's only been 3 weeks, but I don't feel even slightly better yet. I think my adrenal fatigue that has not been addressed yet has sucked every last bit of energy out of me. I have completely changed my diet making everything whole grain, high protein, good fats. My family laughs at me because the only sugar I'll eat is from fruit and occasional honey. The small amount of will I have is leading to going to the gym 5 days a week. I'm doing everything I can to feel better and this unfortunately is going to be a long, hard road to wellness. > > > From: Charlie Sheets <buckeye8084@...> > > Subject: DHEA and Nipple Soreness > > > > Date: Thursday, April 7, 2011, 4:35 PM > > I just received my transdermal DHEA > > cream? Guest guest
Give it time you will get there it takes time first get leveled then your body will undo any damage done by low T and you will start to feel better a little at a time. Just keep Estraidol levels down.
