Found my old T tests from 2005

2005 – Total 395 / Range 217 - 1107 ng/dl

Free% - 3.05H / Range 1.10 - 2.80%

Free Testosterone – 120.6H / Range 20.0 – 120.0 pg/ml

Compared to the recent:

Total 209L / Range 250 – 1100 ng/dl

Free% - 3.12H / Range 1.50 – 2.20%

Free Testosterone – 65.2 / Range 35-155 pg/ml

As you can see my total was certainly not high by any means, but my free WAS

over the limit by a fraction. This is something I still do not understand

fully,....that being the relationship between total and free, and which is more

important.

My free % has been high both times,.....I assume that is a calculation of free

to total and has not much relevance.

What a difference a bit over 4 years makes I guess.

I posted this on the rare chance that it might mean something to some of the

more knowledgeable folks here.

My stress level went crazy due to the issues I spoke of yesterday about a year

previous to that 2005 test.

At that time the doc that ordered it said I was fine, and I didn't know anything

about this either at that point. I thought that 395 was fine since it was in

range. I will say that I felt a heck of a lot better then though.
