Subjective:

Libido is up from almost non-existent

Erections - Weak morning ones from none at all

Sensations - Penile sensations a lot better.

Focus and concentration - improved

General energy Slightly improved.

Depression Gone

Cholesterol is down from 6.5

Testosterone is a lot higher than I expected to be

I suspect estradiol is too high because erections are still poor, Taking steps

to get E2 tested, my doc wont do it.

I get terrible headaches from just one half a DIM tablet even with tmg.

Dale some men can't take DIM try Arimidex there is a generic out now the cost is

very low now. Try 1/4 of a pill every 3 days thats .25 mgs. But first test

your Estradiol some men have this problem because they are to low.

What is the deal with side effects from DIM.

Isn't it simply concentrated from 'cruciferous' vegetables that a lot of folks

eat daily?

Not saying it doesn't happen, but I am curious why a person would have a

reaction to something like that,.....unless it is allergic or something.

I don't know some men break out in a rash I did after a time using it.
