Guest guest
Tom, Of all the men I have talked to I only came across one that could not take it. The Dr. gave you Arimidex so way are you not taking it. You can take one every 3 days .25 mgs and it would not hurt a thing. Men can't get Arimidex from there Dr.'s most will not even test it. So they by LiquiDex over the web and take it. Not one guy ever posted a problem from taking this. The only thing that can go wrong is your can drive down your E2 to low. Mike you can try LiquiDex see if this works or try Aromasin or Liqui-Aromas. I don't take Arimidex anymore I take Aromasin it comes 25 mgs I cut it in half and take 12.5 mgs every 4 days. I feel it works better.. http://www.ag-guys.com/arimidex-vs-aromasin.htm I also have been trying at Dr. 's forum what chilln says in his sticky " Hormones 101 " taking Preg. cream doing this my Preg. levels went way up past the top of the range. My cortisol levels went up Preg. will convert into Cortisol and it's said as your levels say up at night it stops the converson of Testosterone into Estradiol go to Dr. 's forum and read " Hormones 101 " and look at the posts the men are going nuts posting about this. http://www.musclechatroom.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?2-All-Things-Male & s= & dayspr\ une= Before trying Preg. cream I had big problems with high Estradiol now my Estradiol levels on my last 2 sets of labs went to low. I had to stop taking meds to lower Estradiol for about 10 days. If you want to see how Preg. works go to the files section and read The Steroid Tree. Guest guest
Thanks Phil. But.... I just feel a bit insecure taking it without Hertoghes " GO! " - Cause of all my strange symptoms, low potassium, heart arrhythmias, etc. I don't wanna get worse! The pahrmacy in Belgium crushed the Arimidex tabs into powder and split them into 1/4 size of the original tabs into caps! So they are ready for me to try. Hertoghe initially said " one 1/4 tablet every day " but you say I need maybe every other or every 3 days? I will talk to Hertoghe on Monday or Tuesday about this! I feel HORRIBLE. So strange in my head. And I get so warm when I only clean my apartment! :-( From 98.4 to 99.2 F and I feel nausea and pain in my head and a dry mouth too... > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > What are the high E2 symptoms in men? Guest guest
High levels of E2 put me on my A** all I can do is sit and suffer. If you gave it to you why not try it just take one .25 mgs cap and see how you feel. It might work enough to take the edge off. Guest guest
Phil, i loved your story. Sounds exactly like what i am going through right now. I worked for Banana Republic/ Gap inc. I started getting the shitties 4 months after i started there. I lasted almost 1 year (3 days shy). They came in and harassed me almost every week.. auditing me, coming in on holidays, special times that they knew i was busy to run me ragged. I finally couldnt take it anymore and walked out after my dr. ordered me on disability. They called and fired me over the phone. TOld me that it wasnt that i left for disability, it was that i didnt tell the right people the right way that i was leaving for the day. At any rate. im at the point where you were right before the aldosterone testing. Im going on a year now of this SHIT. Hypothyroid, buzzing in ears, dizzy, all that mess. Im 43, 2 kids, new baby, no job. Im not looking for a pity party, i just want to get through this and get to where you are. Guest guest
Good to see folks here sharing their stories. If you must complain! Unlike another member here, I will never judge another for venting. Its your life and I am thankful Mike, Phil, and many others here allowed me within. I also worked for the Gap and realized then aroun 2000-2003 that I needed to take a 'life break' and seek help for a disease of hormones I didn't know I had and its side effects which compounded my low emotions, etc. No biggie. In America, despite what many say (many conservatives), its not wrong to ask the government for help when you fall down, I am very grateful for my government and what I continue to replenish back little by little now. I recommend anyone to seek proper help (no self medicating) when you also realized you fell down and need help in the process of rebuilding and getting stronger. It takes courage to share and guts not to be critical and judgmental, rather humane instead. Guest guest
Bruce, Your in the right place for help here the aldosterone testing if you can't aford them now try getting some good Pink Sea Salt put 1/4 to 1/2 a tsp full in a glass of good filtered water and down it first thing in the morning. If this helps you feel better. Do test your aldosterone levels and Cortisol levels. Most people with low aldosterone have and need to treat there low Cortisol levels first. If you do test your aldosterone stop adding Sea Salt to your water for about a week before the test. If and when you do them labs like me know I have some links you can read about doing this test. Here is one that talks about how one can feel from Adreanl problems. http://www.tuberose.com/Adrenal_Glands.html In this link it talks about both problems and has links to FAQ's and testing you can buy your self for testing your Cortisol levels 4x's in a day Saliva testing. Note: The Saliva test is only good for Cortisol all the rest of the hormones tested in them are not good for telling how men's hormones are doing. http://livingnetwork.co.za/lifestylefunctional-medicine/hormones/adrenal-fatigue\ / This is the kind of Sea Salt I use. http://tinyurl.com/yky2mpn http://www.labtestsonline.org/understanding/analytes/aldosterone/test.html Co-Moderator Phil > From: brucergoldberg <brucergoldberg@...> > Subject: Re: E2 symptoms? > > Date: Friday, February 11, 2011, 12:09 AM > Phil, i loved your story. > Sounds exactly like what i am going through right now. > I worked for Banana Republic/ Gap inc.
