Yep I don't spend much time there anymore it's gone to the dog's. I even take

exception to some of Scally's posting at times he is condescending. When Dr.

aka ran that forum it was one of the best not so today.

But we are here and there is Dr. M's forum Hardasnails is a mod there.

And T-Nation with KSman is great.

and Dr. 's forum.

I feel for the new guys that do a search and think they found some help at MESO

and see this crap going on.
