Guest guest
Well did a new hematocrite and hemoglobin too, ad they were lower again! 50 and 17.3. So what happened? Did they fall because I quit testo gel on Saturday? Or did they fall because I drank more sea salt yeaterday? For thru to a doc at Hertoghes, and he said it was probably the gel doing this to me. He said: Wait 1 week from today then start 1 pump daily, which is half the dose of what I was taking til now. He said iron can not do this to me. Guest guest
Phil, you don't know me well enough yet? :-) I always overworry! That is btw a sign of low Ferritin which I do have still. I just sipped down my sea salt last night because I felt so dry in my mouth and weird in my head. Can't say I felt much difference. Will do this again tonight if I feel like it. Add sea salt. What I look for is stability in my health. I will add 1 pump testo gel back to my regime in 1 week, but I feel better without it so I dunno. Let's hope hematocrit and hemoglobin stays fine in the coming week. T. Guest guest
I know how you feel and I know in time you will get to the bottom of this treat it and feel better. Still it's a balancing act and there will be set backs I am going through one right now. And what helps me cope is I know it will get better.
