Feeling like crud, is it high E2 - how long before Arimidex kicks in

The last few times I've taken my shot (50mg, twice a week) I've noticed that I

don't feel so well. It can be the same day or the day after. I feeling

nauseas, my energy drops way off, I just feel really tired.

Is this from the E2 you think?

Also, I just took my very first dose of Arimidex (it's Anastrozole .25 mg). My

shot day was yesterday. How long does it take before I feel the effects of the

Arimidex?
