Insurance companies not paying for Testim anymore

I've been on Testim for about 4 years now due to low testosterone and starting

this month my insurance company no longer pays for Testim. Is anyone else that

is taking Testim running into this problem? I don't know if they'll cover

Androgel or not. I'm also having to now submit a prior authorization showing

that my levels were below the normal range when I first started taking the

Testim, and my provider is having trouble finding the medical records from that

far back. My total level was around 100 when I was first tested in 2007.

I've been off the Testim now for 5 days and have noticed a drop in sex drive,

though I also haven't been as irritable.
