PMFJI, I have not suffered from Lupus but have met people who have. However,

over the

last 7 days in reviewing blood tests for my own routine checking I read many

times about

DHEA / DHEA-s and Lupus. Do an Internet search of DHEA

I also read that some Lupus patients benefit from DHEA irrespective of

Testosterone levels.

400 units (I assume USA units and so ca 14nmol/L) is not very low, but lowish,

and people

with Lupus do not feel well and I understand have Chronic Fatigue and perhaps,

?Adrenal

Fatigue.

Hope this helps?

Kind regards,
