Guest guest
Well, I was trying to do the right thing and ween off of statins, and had introduced niacin therapy, slowly working up to 1000mg...just this Friday I upped dosage to 1000 (moving slowly from 200 to 300, on up to 1000), and by Friday night I had gout in my right toe. For the first time ever. I researched side effects of niacin, and this is one possible side effect. Needless to say, I am not doing the niacin any longer. Crap. My entire foot is swollen and it throbs like a toothache. Hope this fades away soon. My real question, i suppose is about TRT and insulin levels. I have noticed since beginning TRT injections (and perhaps since the ghrp6 and hcg) that my blood sugar levels have been quite a bit higher. I am borderline diabetic, metabolic syndrome, and probably plain and simple type 2 diabetic now. Has anyone noticed higher sugar levels since starting therapy? Comments, suggestions? Thanks, Clint
