Guest guest
A 24 urine test will not show how your T levels are morning, noon, dinner and bedtime it will show you how you look though out the 24 hrs total. Dr. likes them my Dr. says this are useless for finding out if your low or not he told me I am not saying he is right but urine labs are Free T. What your body used up it's my under standing Free T is a about 1 to 2% of your total so if you don't know your Total T blood levels where are you. My BCBS will not pay for 24 urine Sex Hormones labs. There also needs to be the Dr. that is up on reading them Urine labs most don't know a thing about reading them Dr. dose. So if shy my Dr. had the results for a 24 hrs urine test it would not help me a bit I don't think he could read from them what Dr. sees. Guest guest
Hey Phil, I'll talk to Dr. Crisler next week. Rhein just called me and they are sending him the results. What doesn't make sense to me is that I have some atrophy yet I have good T levels (so far). LH is creeping up a lil. My ED problems are practically gone, but I'm still very lethargic and libido isn't the same. I'm also just tired all the time. Any advice. I am preparing a list of questions to talk to Dr. Crisler about. Thx again Marc > > > From: Marc M <MisterX225@...> > > Subject: 24 Hour Urine Panel Questions > > > > Date: Friday, June 25, 2010, 12:17 PM > > > > > > Hey Group, > > > > I am awaiting the results from my 24 hour urine panel. > > > > I am curious about this. Guest guest
Marc,......nice to see you post bud! I was under the impression that he was looking at hormone levels other than T from the urine test. I am far from an expert though. What Phil said seemed to make some sense though if this is what he is looking for. Hope it all works out for you soon.
