Indoloplex and zinc question for Phil

Got the DIM ripped two days ago.The one you reccomended.120mg.Began taking two

caps at evening meal.Can this be taken with Bfast along with all my other meds?

Thought I would take two caps for a week then cut back to one a day.Wood isn't

quite where I want it but not too bad.Also bought zinc 50mg.It didn't have

copper in it though.I doubt if I am zinc deficient because I eat a lot of fresh

meat daily.Want to avoid going on arimidex if possible.Still awaiting my

shipment of HCG.Test cip 70mg every 3 1/2 days.
