treatment for kleinfelters eastern shore MD

Hello all, Man I dont know where to begin ... I started out hoping to find

treatment for low normal T... Ive been positive since 1994. Well after doing

some research , Im almost sure I have kleinfelters... small testicles history of

low self esteem,depression,feeling like a social outcast ,addiction ,pear

shape,fat inner thighs no kids,poor results despite a life time of bodybuilding

etc,etc ...always felt something was wrong with me...different i guess. Where do

i go from here? Im clean relatively healthy, cd4 700 ,undetectable, and am

mostly in good spirits. I want TRT hopefully injection. (tried gel before with

minimal increase in t level or muscle gain.) Someone please help, I will take

the chromosone test , acacdemic if you ask me. Is anyone aware of a Md in the

eastern shore or baltimore Md area who is competent treating

kleinfelters,hypogonadism ,and hiv? Any help at all would be greatly

appreciated.I am 47 years old and could use any support at all.Thank you,
