Guest guest Posted January 30, 2010 Report Share Posted January 30, 2010 It looks like your HPTA recovery is working but I would do a test for Adrenal Fatigue first one good fast way is to do a morning fasting Cortisol blood test. Here is the USA the range is for sitting 4 to 22 mcg/dL if your below 15 in the morning you need to do more testing a 4x's in a day Saliva test. I don't know how your going to do this in this link there is one you can order. http://livingnetwork.co.za/hormones/adrenal-fatigue/ You need to do this before you start training again your T levels might have gone down due to your training. So to be safe about this and not have a set back do this. Your labs look like your body is coming back still not yet there but something is working. I would give it some more time. And one thing your first test at 2.9 what time of the day did you do this if it was not in the morning and your last one was all of this was in vain.
