swelling under right ribcage

hello all,

I noticed some swelling last night when i was brushing my

teeth......looked on the other side of my chest but it was different ( so it

wasn't fat) I'll be going to the Dr in an hour or so ...but meanwhile has anyone

had anything similar? ........also some tenderness there and muscle ache if i

lean to the right
