Guest guest
no sust 250 every 21 days. it wears off after about day 12, if indeed i get any affect at all from it now whichi don't really, i just go from feeling bad to less bad, when before i felt so much better. the endo actually said to take it every 28 days, can you believe that? it shows what he knows. amazingly, my gp knew enough to give it to me every 21 days (as per the packet instructions and the british national formularly which gives dose instructions). i am on my knees after about day 14 waiting for referall to consultant and i may ask to try gels or nebido, just concenred about hair loss. hence why i was asking about GH, hertoghe says that hair thinning can be low GH, and i have very thin skin too. these are what Hertoghe says is low GH, do you think they can also be down to low T? it's scored 0-4, 0 = not at all, 4 = worst Growth Hormone 3 My hair is thinning 3 My cheeks sag 2 My gums are receding 4 My abdomen is flabby/I've got a " spare tire " 4 My muscle are slack 4 My skin is thin and/or dry 4 It's hard to recover after physical activity 4 I feel exhausted 4 I don't like the world (I tend to isolate myself) 2 I feel contineously anxious and worried > > > > > > > From: <chrisjtaylor46@> > > > > Subject: diflucan/flucanazole > > > > > > > > Date: Sunday, April 3, 2011, 1:54 PM > > > > i took this yesterday, do you know if > > > > it can affect adrenal results? > > > > > > > > on the adrenal saliva test insert it says > > ketoconazole can > > > > affect addrenal results. that's a not too > > dissimalr anti > > > > fungal to diflucan isn't it? > > > > > > > > > > > > i am worrying myself stupid about hertoghe, don't > > know if i > > > > can really afford to go. 14 days since last jab > > and > > > > brain not working properly at all. > > > > > > > > thanks > > > > > > > > chris > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
" Sustanon 250 " contains four testosterone esters: testosterone propionate (C22H32O3), testosterone phenylpropionate (C28H36O3), testosterone isocaproate (C25H3803), and testosterone decanoate (C29H4603). Both formulas feature fast-acting and slow-acting esters, and can be injected anywhere from once every week to once every four weeks. Sustanon is prescribed outside of the United States. ---------------------------------------------------- One still needs to build up on this for a Dr. to put one on this every 21 to 28 days to start is just making you suffer. Guest guest
yeah it's not very good having it 21 days , it is a real roller coaster. we (UK) seem to be behind you (US ) in TRT > > > > > > > > > > > From: <chrisjtaylor46@> > > > > > > Subject: > > diflucan/flucanazole > > > > > > > > > > > > Date: Sunday, April 3, 2011, 1:54 PM > > > > > > i took this yesterday, do you know if > > > > > > it can affect adrenal results? > > > > > > > > > > > > on the adrenal saliva test insert it > > says > > > > ketoconazole can > > > > > > affect addrenal results. that's a not > > too > > > > dissimalr anti > > > > > > fungal to diflucan isn't it? > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > i am worrying myself stupid about > > hertoghe, don't > > > > know if i > > > > > > can really afford to go. 14 days > > since last jab > > > > and > > > > > > brain not working properly at all. > > > > > > > > > > > > thanks > > > > > > > > > > > > chris > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > ------------------------------------ > > > > > > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I think as you get more shots it lasts longer. Guest guest
This is interesting. Ketoconazole is said to suppress cortisol and testosterone production. Fluconazole isn't said to change cortisol according to a study here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC434210/ However these sources disagree: http://pmj.bmj.com/content/82/971/e23.abstract http://www.eje-online.org/cgi/content/full/154/4/519 http://cat.inist.fr/?aModele=afficheN & cpsidt=915460 Regarding testosterone: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC172246/ " Fluconazole (UK-49,858), a novel bis-triazole antifungal agent, was given orally to groups of 10 male volunteers at doses of 25 and 50 mg/day for 28 days. Blood samples for testosterone estimation were taken from these and from a placebo group at several time points on days 1, 14, and 28 of the study, and the assay results demonstrated that the compound had no significant effect on circulating testosterone levels. Similarly, in studies with rat Leydig cells in vitro, fluconazole at concentrations up to 10 micrograms/ml was found to be only a weak inhibitor of testosterone production, whereas ketoconazole caused more than 50% inhibition at 0.1 microgram/ml. It is concluded that fluconazole, in contrast to ketoconazole, has little effect on the biosynthesis of testosterone by mammalian cells.
