Doctors kept giving me the run around and i've been suffering with Secondary

Hypogonadism for over a year...

I printed out TRT A Recipe for Success and the HCG Update on Dr. Crisler's

website.

In regards to treatment, are there any particular numbers that I need to mention

to my General Practitioner?

I faxed over the papers to the doctors office and I am bringing them in with me

also.

I pretty much have both papers memorized.

Just wonder if there are particular numbers or any other information I need to

tell my GP.

Thanks

I am not sure what numbers your looking for as for labs they are just a tool we

go by how we feel. Some men feel very good at lower levels for Total

Testosterone others like my self need higher levels.

As a rule it's best to try to get your Total Testosterone levels up into the

upper 1/3 of your labs range and keeping your Estraidol E2 levels down to about

20 pg/ml doing this will keep your SHBG lower and keep your Testosterone in your

body from being bound up and not working. So doing this your Free Testosterone

levels will be higher.

Also you need to be tested for other things like low Cortisol and Thyroid

levels. All the labs in Dr. 's TRT: A Recipe for success.

If your Estraidol levels are to high over 30 best at 20 it will undo any good

the Testosterone levels you reach you will not feel good you need to keep them

down to about 20 pg/ml.

Can I just walk into a lab and ask for these tests? do I need my doctor to order

them first? My doctor does not seem interested in doing this ...so I was

wondering if I could order the tests then take the results to a doctor to

evaluate?  does anyone know if that is an option or do I need the doctor to

write the order first.

Hey Phil and thanks for the response!

Just got back from my GP...explained the situation with the other doctors that

were involved in my treatment.

I had printed out " TRT: A Recipe for Success " and the " HCG update " by Dr. .

I always faxed over copies for my doctor. He said he was going to read it and

after doing so he'll send out my prescription to my pharmacy.

He just asked that I make sure I write down all my symptoms now, to make sure

all the good outweighs the bad, as he had me on gels previously and my endo took

me off of them and then didnt want to treat the diagnosis.

Just really thankful my GP listens and was interested in all the research that

i've done since my diagnosis.

Can't thank everyone here enough either for all the input they have given me,

this has made a huge impact on what I provided to my doctor in regards to my

treatment.

If you have a healt care plain that pays for your labs you save a ton of money

getting labs through a Dr. If you don't have a plain and you have to pay for

them your self you can order them here.

Your welcome it works better when you see a Dr. and you know something about

whats wrong but don't try to tell him what to do. Just ask questions Dr.'s like

it with they get good question's.
