Phil & Threefingers,

Thanks on the copper.  We haven't had a real all-vitamin/etc store here till

recently, so I wasn't in the habit of thinking of the new Vitamin Shoppe we now

have. They'll likely have it, but also, as you say, be pricey.

Yeah, 2-3 mg with 50 of ZInc is what I've read, too--but didn't now about

separating the two tabs, as you suggest, Phil,

If Zinc lowers Copper why take them both at the same time.
