You can eat foods which contain iron (spinach) combined with vitamin C (oranges)

or you can cook in a cast iron skillet to get iron into your diet --but your

iron is very low --you can try Gentle Iron by Solgar --try one/day and then

after 30 days test..this one won't make you constipated..ferritin levels

important in conversion of thyroid hormones...El
